Frequently Asked Questions

F.A.Q.

What is included in your package?

We offer a complete service package, including professional bartenders, barbacks, a selection of juices and mixers, premium non-alcoholic components, an array of garnishes, ample ice, and all essential bar equipment for a seamless and exceptional service.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We believe that using the finest ingredients will enhance even the simplest drink, which is why all our ingredients for syrups, juices and mixers are natural, organic, and meticulously prepared from scratch.

Do you provide or sell alcohol?

We do not provide or purchase alcohol for your event. Clients are responsible for purchasing all alcohol. Based on your guest count, we will create a proposed liquor inventory tailored to your needs. Additionally, we will connect you with our preferred vendor and coordinate an appointment for wine tasting and alcohol selection.

Do you have liquor license?

24-hour liquor licenses are available upon request for events. Please provide the event date, venue address, and venue manager’s contact information.

What about glassware?

We use rented glassware that you the client provide. Again, we can refer you to our preferred rental companies. If the client prefers not to use rental glassware, then we can incorporate Tossware into the proposal for an additional fee.

How many bartenders will come to my event?

To ensure a seamless event, we calculate the number of bartenders based on the guest count. Our carefully balanced ratio of 30-35 guests per bartender guarantees a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Are barbacks necessary?

Yes. Barbacks play a crucial role as junior bartenders, streamlining operations by keeping the bar organized and constantly stocking the stations with liquor, ice, glassware, beer, garnishes, and other essentials. By taking care of these tasks, barbacks enable bartenders to dedicate their full attention to crafting exceptional drinks for your guests.

Do the bartenders/barbacks deliver drinks to the tables?

It is important for the bar team to be present in the bar area at all times to ensure that every guest is taken care of. If elderly or handicapped guests are unable to walk to the bar, a member of the catering staff should take their order and deliver the drink after the bartender prepared it.

Who is in charge of setting up and breaking down?

The bartenders and barbacks are responsible for setting up and breaking down only the main bar, satellite bars, and any other station provided by our company. All alcohol should be delivered to the venue by the customer or the alcohol store where the purchase was made, and it should be placed inside the bar area. At the end of the event, we will carefully inventory the remaining alcohol, pack it in boxes, and it is the customer’s responsibility to take it back with them. We strictly adhere to the policy of not taking any alcohol with us to store or packing alcohol off premises.
